We provide the 1st Line support for the newly installed units and existing units/sites. For 2nd line we have EPRA certified T3 engineers who will assist with the process of troubleshooting in the field and a structured field team to attend to onsite requirements. We work jointly with the OEMs to provide 3rd line support in the event of an escalation

We have a warehouse and a workshop that will keep ready stock of consumables/spare parts and various fixes. Our teams will in conjuction with our OEMs provide training for partners and customers if required.
